Serenity Healthcare in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Customer Experience Coach to guide individuals through a structured program designed to build positive habits and personal progress. The role is full-time, on-site, with shift options and a Saturday rotation.

You'll provide one-on-one support during sessions, monitor program tools, and help participants stay engaged through journaling, goal setting, and mindfulness, while maintaining professional notes and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
• Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions.
• Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided).
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises.
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members.
• Ensure each participant's experience is professional, supportive, and respectful.
• Follow established processes to maintain a consistent experience.
