Serenity Healthcare is hiring Customer Experience Coaches to guide individuals through structured sessions designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make progress toward personal goals.

This role is on-site in Colorado with shifts Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays, full-time with paid training and a competitive pay range of $23-$30 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
• Reliable, punctual and open to feedback.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions.
• Operate and monitor program tools and technology (training provided).
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness.
• Maintain session notes and share updates with the team.
• Ensure a professional, supportive and respectful participant experience.
• Follow established processes to maintain consistency.
