Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Customer Experience Coach to guide individuals through a structured program designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make progress toward personal goals. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mesa, Arizona, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturday shifts as needed.

You'll work directly with participants, providing consistent support, tracking progress, and maintaining welcoming, organized sessions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions
• Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members
• Ensure each participant's experience is professional, supportive, and respectful
• Follow established processes and standards to maintain a consistent experience
