Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist in Fayetteville, AR. You will operate high-volume copiers, perform basic repairs, and support mail, shipping, and reception duties on customer sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, with driving capability and MS Office proficiency. You will work directly with site leadership and may travel between customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and auto insurance per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding/finishing work.
• Keeps copier areas clean and stocked; performs routine maintenance checks.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and elevates calls to technicians.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations and manages logs of job activity.
• Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of requests.
