Ricoh Americas Corporation seeks a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to provide on-site service for copier equipment, perform maintenance, and support mail and bindery tasks at customer sites. You will troubleshoot issues, set up devices, and assist with reception or light admin duties as needed.

The role requires strong customer service and basic IT skills. The position involves daily on-site travel, potential overtime, and responsibilities across shipping, receiving, and room setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 1-2 years related work experience preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Run high-volume copy machines and perform binding/finishing work.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate to technicians as needed.
• Set up equipment as requested by customer and handle scanning/imaging tasks.
• Maintain records and logs for management reports and inventory.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and mail/document distribution.
• Respond to service calls and document activity in logs.
