Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to support projects at Dyess AFB. You will act as on-site QA, monitor contractor performance, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and support project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and experience with RMS or similar systems. U.S. citizenship and security screening are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; AS/BS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years on large construction projects.
• Experience with DoD/USACE projects preferred.
• Must be US citizen and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for contract compliance.
• Perform daily site inspections and document progress and safety.
• Monitor schedules and flag delays or performance concerns.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and plans.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and RFIs.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections through all construction phases.
• Assist with scope development, estimates, and contract modifications.
• Verify contractor payment requests and quantity verification.
