ENFRA LLC in Paducah, KY is seeking a Construction Manager to lead day-to-day field operations on the assigned project(s). You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors, maintain the project schedule, and ensure safety compliance with the Site-Specific Safety Plan.

The role requires at least 5 years of large commercial construction experience, proven leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera. Travel between site locations is expected as needed.

• At least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Procore and Primavera scheduling software.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors to meet the project schedule.
• Maintain site safety and enforce Site-Specific Safety Plan.
• Manage project schedule updates and recovery plans.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and attend update meetings.
