Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Construction Manager to provide field leadership for day-to-day operations on the assigned project(s). This role requires coordinating all vendors and subcontractors to install scopes according to contract documents and project schedule, with site safety and quality as top priorities.

You will lead planning, scheduling, and on-site management, oversee inspections, and ensure alignment with safety plans, project budgets, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with project management software (Procore) and scheduling software (Primavera).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule and recovery plans.
• Coordinate site construction activities to meet the project schedule and contract documents.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive progress per the Project Schedule.
• Provide field leadership for planning and trades coordination.
