Responsibilities

• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide local referrals for entertainment, dining, shopping, and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor the lobby, and manage access cards.
