Job summary

Clinton Management is seeking a Concierge to join one of our Manhattan properties. You will meet, greet, direct residents and guests, and provide exceptional customer service while keeping lobby areas welcoming and secure.

The schedule runs Wednesday to Sunday from 10:30pm to 7am, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Proficiency in building access systems and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computers including word processing, calendar management, Building Link and Keylink system.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Well groomed and display a positive attitude.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Track packages and dry-cleaning items.
• Answering calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the building.
• Maintain a clean work space.
• Possess a good working knowledge of the local area.
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
• Keeping the communal areas tidy and providing a security presence on-site.
• Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors.
• Observe monitors for suspicious activities.
• Keep track of keys when needed.
• Assist management with requests for residents.
