Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and services at the center.
• Process and verify invoices and service charges.
• Open tickets in the service portal and coordinate requests.
