Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the center
• Help customers with inquiries, Wi‑Fi, packages, directions and room setup
• Manage service requests and coordinate with center staff
• Prepare and send follow-up communications, invoices and notices
• Assist with events, posters and welcome networking activities
