Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to support customers across various industries and maintain your center's daily operations. You will handle administrative tasks, connect customers with services, and help ensure smooth center experiences.

You’ll manage inquiries, set up equipment, assist with shipments and invoices, and contribute to networking events while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, with adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center, answer questions and direct to services.
• Assist with on-site needs: Wi-Fi code changes, package pickup, directions, and setup of meeting rooms and projectors.
• Process invoices and ensure services are charged correctly; communicate with customers via email.
• Plan and organize networking events and center communications; support the City Manager as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
