IWG is hiring a Community Associate in San Diego for an on-site, customer-focused role at our Historic Decatur Road center. You’ll help create and maintain a thriving community within the center, handling administrative tasks, inquiries, and event planning to support customers’ business needs.

You’ll need strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. MS Office and basic IT skills are required, with 18+ and legal work eligibility as stated.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• A strong communicator who builds professional relationships and empathizes with customers.
• Proactive about solving problems and taking ownership of issues.
• Comfort with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across industries and help build your center's community.
• Handle administrative and support tasks so customers can focus on their business.
• Coordinate with the City Manager and plan center networking events.
• Assist with meetings, printing, invoices, and room directions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming center and manage inquiries with courtesy.
