Job summary

IWG plc in Issaquah is seeking a friendly Community Associate to help run a busy center on site. You’ll greet customers, handle inquiries, and coordinate day-to-day operations to keep the space welcoming and productive.

You’ll support network events, assist with AV setup, invoices, and facility requests, while building strong relationships with members and the local business community. A positive, proactive attitude and solid MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Maintain and nurture the center community and handle administrative tasks.
• Assist with AV setup, printing, and invoice-related support.
• Plan and support networking events and center communications.
