Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to manage daily customer interactions and maintain our center operations in Austin. You will assist customers with Wi-Fi, directions, bookings, and inquiries while ensuring smooth service delivery and accurate invoicing.

You will coordinate events, connect customers with resources, and help keep the center organized and welcoming. A positive, service-focused mindset and solid MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day needs and inquiries
• Maintain and manage community center operations and admin tasks
• Coordinate events and share information about IWG services
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service charges
• Support customers in using center facilities and amenities
