Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead our on-site operations and collaborate with all departments, the Board, and regional leaders to deliver quality service.

You will supervise staff, manage contracts, oversee projects, and ensure compliance with Florida statutes while maintaining budgets and timelines. CAM certification is required; 3+ years in property operations, hospitality, or construction are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• CAM certification licensed by the State of Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to the assigned property and book of business.
• Supervise a team within a property and maintain standards of excellence.
• Liaise with the Board to ensure quality service and timely resolutions.
• Ensure contractual obligations with the association are met.
• Oversee site inspections and suggest improvements.
• Oversee construction projects and budgets to completion on time.
• Maintain and upload information to the portal and reports.
