Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager in Florida to lead on-site operations and partner with board directors to deliver quality service. You will manage a property team, oversee renovations, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of operations.

The role requires CAM certification, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of related experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Florida CAM certification/licensure required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Florida statutes and community documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service, meet Board expectations and assist in prompt response to questions or problems.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential; ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections; identify deficiencies and provide improvement plans.
• Oversee all construction projects and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Create and maintain information in our portal (work orders, meeting minutes, reports).
• Interview, select, hire, train, and schedule staff; ensure proper coverage.
