Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations and collaborate with departments to meet company objectives. You will partner with Regional Directors and Boards to implement projects, resolve challenges, and deliver high-quality service to residents.

The role requires 3+ years in property operations, hospitality, or construction, a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and CAM certification.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Lead a property team while maintaining standards for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Liaise to ensure quality service, meet Board expectations, and assist in prompt resolution of questions or problems.
• Ensure contractual obligations between the association and FirstService Residential are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents and conduct site inspections to identify improvements.
• Oversee construction and property maintenance projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget.
