Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate with regional directors and board members, and oversee multiple teams and projects to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes and community documents; developer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and board expectations are met; assist in prompt responses to questions.
• Maintain knowledge of contract between association and FirstService Residential and ensure obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents and lead site inspections to propose improvements.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Create and maintain information in the portal (work orders, minutes, Monthly Management Report).
• Interview, select, hire, train and schedule assigned staff; ensure staffing coverage.
