Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a seasoned Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations across our property portfolio in Florida. You will partner with regional directors and boards to implement projects, maintain contractual obligations, and ensure exceptional service to residents.

In this full-time role, you will manage a team, oversee construction and maintenance projects, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be CAM certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Lead a property team while maintaining excellence in processes and staffing.
• Liaise to ensure quality service, meet Board expectations, and resolve questions.
• Ensure compliance with the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend improvements.
• Oversee construction projects and budget adherence.
• Maintain portal data including work orders and meeting minutes.
• Interview and schedule staff; provide direction and resolve issues.
