Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations in Florida. You will partner with Regional Directors and Boards to implement projects, overcome challenges, and deliver quality service to residents.

Responsibilities include supervising a property team, overseeing budgets and construction, maintaining contracts, conducting site inspections, and ensuring prompt responses to issues. Florida CAM license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Florida CAM certification and license required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and timely responses to questions and problems.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections regularly and provide improvement recommendations.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure timely, on-budget completion.
• Upload and manage information in the portal (work orders, meeting minutes, reports).
• Interview, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure proper coverage.
