Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will lead the team, manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will head the emergency response, supervise staff, and implement leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Experience with leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
