Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines, and drive leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

You will manage budgets, marketing plans, and vendor coordination while maintaining high service standards and occupancy performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Monitor leasing, renewals, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance, admin, and emergency response with staff and vendors.
