Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to supervise all on-site operations of a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will manage staff performance, implement leasing strategies, monitor budgets, rent collections, and vendor invoices to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in housing industry and on-site software familiarity.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and fair housing guidelines.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
