Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial operations, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will head budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and reporting while ensuring high service levels and timely communications with residents and leadership. This role requires on-site presence and strong leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience; or equivalent combination.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop budgets/forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and ensure high resident satisfaction.
