Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a housing community on-site. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration under the Regional Manager, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead budgeting, reporting, and risk management while delivering exceptional resident service. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's is preferred, CAM/ARM certification is a plus, and on-site software skills are

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily on-site operations and supervise all staff.
• Plan and implement leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Lead resident relations, address complaints, and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing plans and leasing efforts to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
