Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintain finances, and handle risk and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or housing experience is preferred, with CAM/ARM preferred and basic on-site software skills.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager.
• Supervise personnel management, leasing, maintenance, finance, admin & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and Fair Housing guidelines.
