Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Key duties include budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and timely financial reporting. A High School Diploma is required, with CAM/ARM preferred, and knowledge of on-site software and OSHA standards is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenses.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices timely.
• Plan marketing, resident retention, show/lease/move-in processes, and emergencies.
