Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Humble, TX to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgeting and customer service to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing. CAM/ARM preferred; on-site software experience is expected. On-site benefits include 401K, holidays, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred and advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff to ensure service excellence.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Execute leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
