Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager in Houston, TX to oversee all operations at a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting while upholding safety and fair housing standards.

The role emphasizes cost control, budget development, and resident satisfaction. Candidates should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and CAM/ARM certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred for on-site leadership.
• Experience in property management and leasing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and staff performance on-site.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting processes.
• Develop budgets, monitor revenues/expenses, and optimize NOI.
• Enforce fair housing guidelines and company policies.
• Lead emergency response and ensure resident satisfaction.
