Job summary

Asset Living in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, and staff for a housing community. You will ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines while driving resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent; CAM/ARM preferred; proficiency with on-site software; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA; and the ability to lead emergencies and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Basic computer skills required and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor leasing activity and occupancy goals.
• Manage budgets, deposits, rents, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and fair housing.
• Lead emergency response and resident relations.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
