Job summary

Asset Living seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community on-site, supervising staff, leasing, and maintenance. You will manage budgets, rent collections, and vendor invoices while ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. Ideal candidates have CAM/ARM certification and a high school diploma or higher, with Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• On-site software functionality and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Lead safety, fair housing compliance, and liability management.
• Plan and implement resident retention and leasing strategies.
