Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community in Fort Worth, TX, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, staff, and admin tasks to ensure service excellence and financial health.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, resident relations, marketing, and timely reporting. A high school diploma is required; a CAM/ARM or bachelor’s degree is preferred; basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws are

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Lead marketing, tenant relations, and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing laws.
• Monitor financial reporting, deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
