RangeWater Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, reporting, and vendor coordination while promoting resident satisfaction.

The role includes leasing support, site tours, inspections, and coordinating maintenance, with regular weekend availability and a 40-hour workweek. Proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, and One Site is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Handle daily financial operations including invoices, deposits, and reporting.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and ensure service quality.
