Job summary

RangeWater is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle leasing, marketing, rent collection, and vendor invoicing while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will analyze market trends, manage maintenance coordination, and maintain resident satisfaction. Expect a 40-hour week with varied site hours and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background helpful for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing to reach revenue/occupancy goals.
• Handles financial operations: invoices, deposits, reporting.
• Analyzes market trends and suggests property improvements.
• Enforces lease terms: inspections, collections, evictions as needed.
• Manages client/owner relations and conducts property tours.
• Ensures safety, maintenance, and appearance; coordinates with the team.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Manager's absence.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
