Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. You will handle the full leasing cycle, process invoices, collect rents, and assist with bank deposits and reconciliations using Entrata/Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; property management experience preferred.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets and databases; strong PM software knowledge (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing to meet revenue and occupancy goals by handling full leasing cycle.
• Performs daily financial operations and reconciliations for the community.
• Reviews vendor invoices and processes payments per policy.
• Analyzes market trends and suggests property improvements.
• Maintains knowledge of technology and leasing tools; ensures safety and property standards.
• Leads on-site operations in absence of the Community Manager; coordinates maintenance tasks.
• Engages with residents to ensure satisfaction and manage relationships.
