Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with financial and operational tasks at the property. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, monthly close-outs, and reporting via Entrata Yardi or One Site.

You will assist leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, manage vendor relationships, and uphold property safety, cleanliness, and appearance. Weekend work may be required with an HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Completes daily financial transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community.
• Reviews invoices from vendors and reconciles payments per company policies.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Keeps informed of changes in technology, industry standards, leasing tools and processes.
• Manages lease enforcement processes including inspections, evictions, collections and notifications.
• Conducts property tours and provides updates on performance to clients/owners.
• Manages contractor and vendor relationships.
• Promotes resident satisfaction through strong resident relationships.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property and reports issues.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager’s absence and coordinates maintenance tasks.
• Monitors market conditions and implements occupancy strategies and marketing plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
