Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in managing the financial and day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Georgia. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, reporting, and leasing activities to help maximize occupancy and revenue.

This on-site role requires strong communication, vendor management, and familiarity with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management operations and financial reporting.
• Ability to process invoices and close monthly financials.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Knowledge of Entrata Yardi or OneSite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.
• Processes invoices, collects rent, and performs bank deposits.
• Prepares monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Assists with leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Manages vendor relationships and property maintenance coordination.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and appearance of the property.
