Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks. The role covers rent collection, invoicing, bank deposits, and reporting, plus leasing support to hit occupancy targets.

Strong communication and service orientation are essential, along with knowledge of Entrata/Yardi/OneSite and a valid driver’s license. Day-to-day duties include coordinating maintenance, vendor relations, and ensuring property appearance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi or OneSite).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the community.
• Process invoices, collect rent, deposits and other payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record and report financials using the property management system.
• Support leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy goals and manage the full leasing cycle.
• Conduct property tours, report maintenance needs, and support vendor and contractor management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and appearance of the property and enforce lease procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations in absence of the Community Manager and stay informed on market trends.
