Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the community, including accounting, leasing, and resident relations to meet revenue and occupancy goals.

The role covers processing invoices, rent collection, bank deposits, and using Entrata/Yardi/One Site; it requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to lead in the manager's absence, on-site schedule as posted.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Advanced skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery.
• Proficient in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks.
• Complete monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Process invoices and manage payments.
• Collect rent and other payments; perform bank deposits.
• Record and reconcile accounts in the property management system.
• Assist with leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety; ensure property standards.
• Liaise with residents and vendors; conduct property tours when needed.
