RangeWater Real Estate seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the property. Responsibilities include completing accounting tasks, rent collection, invoicing, and close-out reporting while supporting leasing and marketing activities to hit revenue and occupancy targets.

You will assist with vendor management, market analyses, and ensuring excellent resident relations, safety, and property appearance.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting; strong in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsabilidades

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Processes daily financial transactions and reconciles invoices and payments.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform improvements and marketing plans.
• Manages lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections and notifications.
• Engages with clients/owners, conducts property tours, and maintains resident relations.
• Ensures safety and upkeep of property; coordinates maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in manager's absence and coordinates staff and operations.
• Monitors market conditions and implements occupancy-driven marketing strategies.
