Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential for success. The role emphasizes on-site staff development, customer service excellence, and effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff performance.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections and charges.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
