Asset Living is seeking a highly organized Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in housing operations, and solid knowledge of on-site software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years' housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Personnel management and on-site staff development.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, finances, administration & risk management on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies and safety standards.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor financial reports.
• Manage customer service and resident relations to ensure satisfaction.
