Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community on-site in Sweet Home, AR. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include developing annual operating budgets, implementing marketing plans, handling tenant relations, monitoring rent collections and expenses, and maintaining property appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and supervise staff under Regional Manager.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies; ensure leases and reporting are up to date.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
