Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plan development, lease closures, and ensuring high resident satisfaction through proactive communication and retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management on-site.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Monitor service request turnaround and maintain property appearance with regular inspections.
