Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to supervise on-site housing operations, staff, and resident relations. You will lead a team, manage leasing, maintenance, and budgets while ensuring compliance with policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and customer service, with a focus on operational excellence across properties managed by Asset Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, conduct training, and administer schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Manage financials, budgets, and rent collections.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high satisfaction.
