Job summary

Asset Living in Maumelle, AR seeks a dedicated Community Manager to lead all on-site operations of a housing community, including leasing, maintenance, and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitoring rent collections and invoices.
• Lead emergency response and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Plan marketing, leasing strategies and resident retention programs.
