Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will head personnel management, budgeting, marketing, and resident retention programs, while coordinating emergency response and ensuring top-tier customer service and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CAM or ARM certification preferred
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and recruit, train, coach, and develop team.
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and deposits; ensure timely submissions.
• Lead emergency response for the property and coordinate with staff and residents.
• Maintain property appearance and conduct regular inspections and make-ready tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address resident concerns and requests.
