Job summary

Asset Living in Texas seeks a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community in Waco. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities, and ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on resident satisfaction. You will implement marketing plans, monitor budgets, and coordinate with regional management to optimize NOI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; CAM/ARM preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and operations to ensure quality service.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities for the community.
• Supervise staff performance, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to optimize occupancy and retention.
• Coordinate emergency responses and maintain property safety standards.
